Today was a big day for Aria and for Mommy and Daddy. Today Aria officially became a member of our family! Of course, in our hearts she's been a part of our family since March 19 when we brought her home from the hospital. Now her full name is officially Aria Dyami Riley Williams, and her new birth certificate should arrive in the mail soon. The original one with the name given by her birth parents is safely in our files. Note the huge smiles on Aria's proud parents. We've been waiting for this moment for years! I wanted to say congratulations! You have a special little girl no doubt.Thank you for letting us all be apart of Aria's life it was my biggest fear not getting to know her but you have made that possible and that means the world to my family! Thank You, Aria's Great Aunt Jennifer
It is very important to us that we have an "open" adoption so that Aria can grow up knowing not only us and our relatives as family, but also her birth parents and their family as part of her extended circle of love. She is an extra lucky little girl to have so many who love and care about her.
