Little mermaid you are so cute. Your birth mother Amber has a picture like yours but shes wearing goggles and a air tank exploring for plastic turtles. The air tank was one of those squirt gun blasters. she wore it on her back. You are a special little girl that everyone loves so. You do seem to love the water. I like the video of you with your mom saying wa- with sign language. They teach you so much. Tell mommy and daddy hello. I miss you and love you with all my heart. Granny Vicki
