Aria the Painted Girl

Aria gets to paint in the tub a couple of times each week now. We can be in the middle of doing something downstairs and ask her "Would you like to go paint?" and she will light up and say "paint tub," head upstairs to the tub, and start to pull the paint containers out of the drawer where they are stored and put them in the tub. After painting we start the water in the tub for clean up and she likes to get a cloth wet and wipe the paint off the walls. We usually need to do a little touch up work afterward but she does a pretty good job cleaning up. In this video I turned the monitor so that it faced her so she talked to the camera a lot. It was fun to show her this video on the computer after we recorded it. When the Aria in the video would wave and say "hi" Aria would wave back and say "hi." She is so social.
