Aria, Mom, and Dad enjoyed the annual Whatcom County Farm Tour in September. We've enjoyed the tour in past years and this year was no exception. Aria enjoyed picking fresh food and seeing the animals even more than in past years. Photos taken September 14, 2013.

Aria was very excited that she was going from being 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 years old on September 17. She even wanted to have a happy half birthday banner, a cake, and a present. Aria and Mom were going to make half a cake but decided to just go ahead and make the whole thing. Photos taken September 17, 2013.

| Her present was a mirror that she had been admiring at the store. It has the moon and stars around the mirror. She has placed it on the wall of her bedroom (she hammered in the nail). Isn't the reflection of her face in the mirror and the light on her face cool? |
