We are Aria's parents, Karen and Ted. We've created this blog to keep a diary of the beginning of Aria's life. We would love for you to comment on our posts. Our plan is to save this blog and share it with Aria as she grows up.
Aria lost her first tooth on June 28 just before bedtime. It had been loose for weeks, and she was so excited when she wiggled it and it came out in her hand. Mom and Dad helped her rinse her mouth, then wrap the tooth and put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. It turns out this tooth, the lower right front one, was the very first tooth that came in when she was one year old. Here are some photos of her mouth then and now. (Click on each photo for a larger view.)

Here's a video of Aria as she was getting ready to bring her tooth to bed in anticipation of the Tooth Fairy's arrival
