With summer coming in Bellingham, Aria has a new way to get around. Daddy saw a cool type of bike carrier that mounts on his bike so that Aria can ride in front of him right between his arms. Of course we had to get Aria a bike helmet to go with the bike carrier. At first Aria was not sure whether mommy and daddy had completely lost their minds when they put this weird shaped thing on her head but she seems to be getting used to it.Mommy took this short video of Daddy and Aria on the trail in Whatcom Fall Park near our house. Notice that Aria says "Hi" to Mommy a few seconds into the video. Photo and Video taken April 15, 2009.

I think Daddy had more fun the first day but we've been taking short bike rides every day and she really enjoyed today's ride, saying "woof woof" to every dog we passed and "hi" to people. We even got to go play on the swing and slide in the park. Aria had a great time but it seemed like something was missing without Amber and her family there too.
We are with you always for you are a part of all of us. We did have so much fun sharing all your first together. Your parents are alot of fun too.Ted thank you for your kind words . I love you Aria
